It's been a while since I've posted any feedback regarding JeGem's jewelry and customer service, with my having bought many items in the interim. JeGem has always met or, most often, exceeded my expectations. It's jewelry always arrives promptly, is exactly as described, and is packaged beautifully. The necklace arrived quickly and was safely packed. The necklace itself is smaller ... more delicate than the photo led us to believe. However, it is lovely, well made, and the malachite stones are pretty. We will give it as a gift and I think the recipient will enjoy wearing it.
