I knew that the bracelet was beautiful - that's why I purchased it in the first place, but I did not know that it would be THAT beautiful: the silver-work, all the tiny Safari animals, are stunning, while the 6 amber stones are simply gorgeous. An incredible colour, a mixture of gold, honeys and cognac, slightly transparent - incredible. I am soo happy that I can give this bracelet to my daughter for her birthday :-)) The customer service was - as always, incredible, too: kind, patient, friendly, helpful, you name it! JeGem is the best in all aspects! Thank you, JeGem.

I am very happy with the quality of gemstones as well as the service from JeGem. I have ordered several pieces and I only returned one. Their gemstones are beautifully crafted. I collect pendants and this is the place to shop for reasonable prices and great quality.

I received the ring a few days ago - it only took seven days to arrive in Slovenia! The ring is a true, beautifully crafted piece of art, the rubies are clear and wonderful, the CZs on both sides of the ruby give a perfect frame to the whole picture. I love it. I have been a longtime customer of JeGem, and have a gorgeous collection of their gemstone jewelry. Recently I discovered their murano glass jewelry, and ordered a few pieces, and was astounded at their quality and artistic design. I got addicted! Every piece is more beautiful than the next, and I receive tons of compliments on them....just one or two pieces makes jeans and a tee shirt look like an entirely new outfit! They are truly works of art, and I'm thrilled they are working with artisans in Italy. As always, their customer service is the best in the business.
