I love these two rings. It seems all my money goes to JeGem because I adore their rings. I was ordering the pink one when someone else beat me to it. I was heartbroken, so I emailed customer service to see if they could find a similar stone to make one for me. The buyer of the original ring didn't go through with the purchase and Sheila gave me special service to let me know I could purchase the ring. That is great customer service.

This order is the only one that I have had a small problem with. The opal ring had a small chip where the crimp was bent over the stone to hold it in the setting. I contacted customer service and they were friendly and helpful. They told me just how to get it back to them for inspection and refund...including the return shipping. JeGem may be halfway around the world from me, but it's better than shopping at my neighborhood jewelry store.

I am a big fan of the JeGem rings but this time I ordered a couple of pendants too. They are exquisite. The delicate scrollwork is perfect. These pieces are gifts and I will be proud to give them.

I haven't found any other place to buy such beautiful fossil rings outside of a gem and mineral festival. The stones are gorgeous; the settings are creative; and the rings are comfortable no matter the size. I have always shied away from large rings but these are wonderful.
