so far the customer care has been excellent.. i have always received prompt replies to my queries about products, aswell as receiving notification that my order has been shipped - because of this i feel secure and much more enthusiastic about buying from JEGEM.

Two more rings were delivered from JEGEM. Like the earlier arrivals, they have very beautiful crystals and heavy, expertly worked silver. The only problem I have ever noted is that the finger sizes described on the web page tend to run approximately one size larger than meansurements on the same rings taken here.

I just want to say how pleased I am with the citrine and amethyst bracelet I just purchased. I also want to say that your web-site is the absolute best at showing everything about your merchandise up close and personal. Very fast shipping, and I knew from past experience that you would send me high quality items -- very nice silver chain, and the ring is heavy & substantial, not some flimsy, low quality silver band. I love your unusual designs and stones and the many photos you show on the site, especially the ones that show how a ring or bracelet will actually look when worn. I'm very pleased with this order and the others I've made in the past.
