Smooth and fast service, delivered in days to the UK. Packaged well, nice touch with personalised card & pouch for ring. Item is exactly as pictured. Excellent idea to show items being worn gives buyer a better idea of overall size of the item. I ordered a size down from the sizing recommendation as I have very skinny fingers. Fits perfectly. My ring has been amired and I have had no hesitation in recommending JE Gem.com to all.

I just LOVE my tiger eye ring! I don't have to try to show it off it's just so fabulous people see it on my hand and stop me to ask about it. I just placed an order for a pair of earrings and a ring, and I got the order so quickly it was surprising. Both of the items I ordered are equisite, the pictures of the items on the website really don't do the jewelry justice, they looked nice online but actually seeing them in person is a whole other story. I will definitely be purchasing more items. Thanks!

It was pure serendipity that I found your website! I was searching the internet for sterling silver jewelry and when I saw your site listing, the word "moonstone" was what really caught my eye. I LOVE rainbow moonstone but it is hard to find excellent quality stones in the simple settings I prefer. I could not believe the selection of moonstone jewelry that I found at JEGEM; I spent over an hour looking at everything and more than that trying to pare down my list! I did select two pairs of earrings to start off with, and they are stunning. While your photos were excellent (this is the best part of your site) the jewelry looks even better in real life. I have passed the word on to my friends about you, and I can't wait to place another order....I just can't decide what my next piece should be! Thanks again for such beautiful jewelry and also for the great service!
