I had never been to your site before (I had googled lapis jewelry) and was thrilled at the large selection, clear descriptions, and photos of how the earrings looked on an actual ear. It made my decision to buy so much easier. Less than 12 hours after I made the purchase I received an email telling me that the earrings had shippped. Wow! what can i say! This is the first time i have ever ordered jewelry on line,i was nervous and unsure about the purchase. Was it going to be as beautiful as the picture? This piece is beautiful! Very well made and full of details. However, it is smaller than I expected!! I wish they had better measurements for us (I have seen some website that draw explaining the measures for each side of the pendant). Very well worth it, but check the size!

This is my third 14k Gold Rope Chain Necklace that I've ordered with JeGem. The first two were 18 inch, one in white gold, the other one in yellow gold, this one is 16 inch yellow gold. The reason that I keep ordering this chain necklace is their extraordinarily high quality.: Although thin and delicate, the necklace is extremely strong and cannot be torn so easily. The other point is the relatively neutral look: It doesn't interfere with any pendant one might wear with it. GREAT necklace – I highly recommend it! You have a large, very beautiful selection of jewelry. I found it hard to limit myself to just the two items I bought. The customer service was very prompt. I bought the items in the evening. Early the next morning I received an email that my order was processed and had been shipped. I received the package two days later. Both rings are just as beautiful as pictured. I am very happy with my purchases.
