I'm a new customer, but I've been very impressed with the information and customer service at JEGem.The pictures from multiple angles are the next best thing to having the item in front of you, and the email communication is great.

The fossel coral pendant in its elaborate setting is even more beautiful than its pictures. The heavy tribal ring has a spectacular jasper stone and a well-designed, well-executed setting. It is a wonderful piece. The black pearl gift pendant is a lovely also. Thank you so much. So far I have bought over 80 rings, along with the pendant and some earrings, from Je Gem and am delighted with all of them. I'm glad your company gives those of us on the other side of the world an opportunity to buy the jewelry of these very talented artisans.

Once again, I made the mistake of viewing items at JEGEM.com. JEGEM.com has absolutely stunning, gorgeous quality jewelry art that I just must purchase. I always get many compliments when I wear the jewelry art pieces I've purchased from JEGEM.com. I'll keep coming back to JEGEM.com. Side note to Rachel if you're out there. Hi. Thank you for the jewerlies you've sent me. They are extremely pretty and I absolutely love them. I was very sad that the ring I bought previously had to be given away becaise it wasn't resizable as I intended. But now, I am even more in love with this ring, as well as the pendant !!! I just placed my third order in about 2 months. The rings fit and what I've had a chance to wear have drawn many compliments. I make jewelry and can tell quality. I hate setting stones, so it worth the money to get intricate stone settings from you. Your multiple images of each piece makes me hestitant to buy from other sites, who always take the 'best' image. (You still need a real model's hand for the rings.) Your packaging is almost prettier than the object enclosed. The layers of protetive wrap make it like peeling an onion without any tears.
