Great pendants with fantastic service from the girls at Je Gem. I appreciate the multi views of each item - there are no surprises when you receive your jewelry :) Sometimes the lighting makes the colors appear a bit brighter than in real life - the Jasper green pendant is not nearly as bright as in the picture but it is still very special. I love all my jewelry and I seriously addicted!! Thanks Je Gem!! Dena :)

This Rainbow Fire Abalone Shell Bracelet is absolutely stunning. It's been on my mind for a while and I just had to purchase it. I have received two pieces of wonderful jewellery. Your shipment was rapid and arrived earlier than expected. Just a little suggestion for ring size conversion table to include japanese and hongkong sizes. Other than that, it was a pleasure to shop at JEGEM.

Dear JeGem, Thank you for your "follow-up", and the chance to tell you how much fun I have visiting JeGem online. More important is that I can't wait for my jewelry to arrive! Your site is a pleasure to use. Your page layout is easy to follow and read, and the images of items for sale are terrific. I feel confident before I order that I know how an item will actually look when it arrives. Having several views of each piece, makes deciding so much fun, and the picture with the hand and the jewelry, is very helpful. Comparing items, that is, going back and forth between pages, was easy to do, and at the bottom of the pages, you offer options that I had not seen. That was helpful, as well. The site works perfectly, and that gives me a lot of faith in JeGem. Any company with a site this good, and jewelry quality this high, is serious about their business. In my experience, that attention to detail puts me, the customer, very high on their list. And I love that. Sterling silver is beautiful and it makes you want to touch it. The quality of JeGem's silverwork is masterful, in both traditional and contemporary. Together with the excellent finish on the stones and gems, and I am a fascinated child, again. The St. Valentine's Day Preview made my purchases even better. I have rarely seen such impressive moonstones, labradorite, turquoise, lapis lazuli and so many others including a huge assortment of gems. Whew! Makes my head spin. I was fortunate to find a company that offers such quality, and offers it so affordably. JeGem is making this St. Valentine's a very special Day! Thank you JeGem.
