Firstly thank you for your excellent customer service, my concerns regarding shipping to the correct address were unfounded. My daughter was delighted with the pendant. The only disapointment was my gift did not arrive in time for Christmas day as your 5-10 standard shipping policy states.

The "Sterling Silver Limited Edition - Authentic Italian Murano Glass Fruit Pendant" was my first purchase at JeGem. It was a smooth, friction-free transaction. I specially requested the order to be delivered in plain wrapping since it was a gift and it arrived as requested, on time, and was exactly what I expected from the photos.
