I don't really trust the internet much but i have to say that i completly trust this site!!! I love all the pieces i have recieved so far and can't wait to get the new ones... the jewelry is exactly how you see them on the site but even better because its real and yours!!!

I think Je Gem has a very easy site to move around in. There jewelry is so very beautiful using the most exotic gem and the finest silver. Every time I sign in there are many pieces I want to buy that it is hard to choose. The customer service is among if not the best service I have experienced while shopping on the net and I highly recommend this site to everyone!

So happy these items are on the way to me! Customer Service at JEGEM.com is truly outstanding. The color of the Aragonite bracelet is stunning. Absolutely fascinated with the Prehnite gemstone in the bracelet and earrings. Never heard a Prehnite gemstone and that's why I had to purchase it. The emerald cuff bracelet is so beautiful. The design of the website is great; it makes it so easy to shop! I like the different criteria that you are able to search by. The pictures are also great. Showing the piece in several different pictures really gave me an idea of what I was buying. The item I purchased is for a gift and I know that she will absolutely love it! Your customer service is also fabulous! The follow-up emails ensure that my order has promptly been taken care of and also allows me to follow the order and know when it will arrive. first time shopping with you---awesome collection of gemstones and workmanship, wearable art!. was very impressed with the price and how my ring was packaged and shipped----short of an elephant stepping on in there was no way it could be damaged. the gift box is a nice touch, but when i opened the package and finally got to the ring--WOW! what a stone!!!! the color is amazing and dispite slight color variations, it matches my pendant and earrings beautifully. the quality and artistry of the silver work are beautiful. the ring is much larger than i usually wear, and the huge size of most of your rings would be the only thing that would prohibit my buying from you again, although i will continue to check back periodically. perhaps i am not the only one that has expressed concern over the size and wearability of many of your pieces. i like to wear my jewelery daily, and the great size would be a problem.... any chance that some of the design (which are beautiful) could be scaled back a bit? thanks for a great additon to my collection. lori

Fascinated by the gorgeous coloring of the Aragonite Bracelet. Been eyeing this Emerald Bracelet for awhile and figured I'd get it since JEGEM.com still offered their great 78% Off Retail Special (also I needed to get over the $250 mark for free FedEx Shipping). Am fascinated by the Prehnite Gemstone. Never heard of it before. Just had to add this Prehnite Bracelet and Earrings to my collection of JEGEM.com Jewelry Art Pieces. Beautiful as always!! Once again, Customer Service is excellent. JEGEM.com is perfect! I'm so excited about the 78% Off Retail Sale. I just had to purchase yet another Ametrine Pendant. Such truly lovely, remarkable gemstone. The Azurite-Malachite/Black Onyx Bracelet is also stunning. Had to purchase it to add to my "Malachite" Jewelry Art Collection. I'm anxious to see the Cotton Moss Agate/Prehnite/Citrine/Agate/Peridot Bracelet. I'm so curious what a Prehnite gemstone is. Quite a unique design. I thought I'd round up my order with this Conch Shell Hook Earrings. I wanted to get above the $250 mark so I could have free FedEx 2-Day Express Shipping. I know, I'm silly.
