This is the second time I have ordered from JEGEM and I cannot fault your service. Every item is so detailed on the website that I know exactly what I am ordering. I used the lower postage rate this time and expected to wait weeks for my order, I waited 6 days, and I live in the UK. I love the individuality of the items, there are some really unusual gemstones. My pendant and ring are beautiful, and now that I have the hang of the ring sizes hold me back! This is the best jewellry website available,providing an excellent service. Well done and thanks!

I am very pleased with my pendant . Lots of people have remarked on it. It looks lovely on my silver collar and even though it is quite heavy it feels very comfortable to wear. I have to say that I totally love your jewellery. I have purchased about 5 rings now and log on regularly to look for my next buy. Whenever I wear one of your rings I always get comments and always recommend the site to them. My friends and my sisters are now hooked too. Infact when I recently left my job my friends bought me a ring from jegem as a leaving gift which i also totally adore. I LOVE your jewelry, prices, quick shipping and customer service. I referred your site to a friend in Goleta, California who also made a purchase and forwarded the link to some of her friends. I wrote earlier this year about the possibility to make a custom piece...a bracelet of several chains. I took a digital picture of my interest in January, but my newborn daughter kept me quite busy! Now that she is in daycare, I will be sending a pic soon and hope that maybe something similar can be done or found. I am very happy with the modern look of a lot of your pieces. Hope to see more ametrine and alexandrite in the near future.
