I cannot say enough about my first shopping experience with you. The pendant is gorgeous and is even more beautiful "in person" than it was on your website photo. I did speak to customer service once concerning a shipping question and they were very helpful and pleasant. The pendant arrived very fast and was packaged very well for safe shipping.
