Received yesterday in good condition. Love it! Beautiful pieces with workmanship beyond expectation even seeing picture beforehand. Pictures make the pieces appear much larger than they actually were, but I an thrilled, as I thought I was buying too large of jewelry to wear everyday. The pieces are each artwork. Materials and craftsmanship excellent. Glad I found your web page when I did or I would have wasted money trying to find the exact turquois I wanted. I am not an internet user normally. Words can not describe how absolutely beautiful the jewelry is from Je Gem.com. I came to know this company by way of a purchase that I haven't even received yet from Amazon.com. The customer service is so caring that they inspect each piece carefully to detect any kind of natural inclution before it gets shipped. I chose to purchase directly from this company based on the personal touch each member has given. The web site is excellent, the attention to detail in packageing is superb. I love the jewelry here! That being said, there are several other things to love...The presentation is lovely. When you get it, and open it, you can tell it is important and of quality. The weight of each piece is substantial and there are lots of attention to detail. You will be pleased with the service and timely fashion that your jewelry arrives. I bought some pieces for my niece who lives in Manhattan and can buy or have anything she wants. She was astounded with the beauty of the workmanship. Enjoy! Let me start by saying I am not a woman who buys lots of jewelry. The pieces I wear are genuine and made so well that I can wear them all the time without having to take them off because they might get hurt. JEGEM's jewelry is exquisite and unique in style and craftsmanship. Their packaging exceeds anyone I have ever done business with.
