My order arrived yesterday. To be honest I am still in a state of shock as I cannot believe how quickly my order arrived. The service JEGEM provided from start to finish has been superb. When I think of the problems I have had with orders from my own country and the headache and stress waiting for deliveries to arrive and in particular no one responding to questions or letting me know what is happening. I may be able to get some of these items cheaper in this country but the excellent service you provide more than make up for it plus the honesty. It is the first time I used my credit card on computer and was very worried but you allayed my fears from the beginning by keeping in regular contact with me. I hid the package so that my daughter could not see it but unfortunately when she arrived home from college she saw it - it was hidden behind a sofa. She wanted to know what was in the package but I would not tell her. I waited until she had gone to bed and at midnight last night whilst everyone was sleeping sat up in bed and opened the packages. When I first opened some of the packages - before I knew what was inside I thought this feels light and was expecting disappointment but found that the packaging was so well done that it made the items feel light and nothing was damaged. I AM STILL IN A STATE OF SHOCK. JEGEM THANK YOU ALL FOR SUCH AN EXCELLENT SERVICE AND I WILL BE IN CONTACT AGAIN AS I HAVE SEEN OTHER ITEMS OF INTEREST. WITH KIND REGARDS. VENICE P.S.
