I am very pleased with your services. The items i've bought are beautiful. The only thing I'm not so satisfied doesn't depend on you: Customs in my country delay a lot the hand over of the items and taxes are high.Still i'll continue from time to time to buy from you.

I have made 5 purchases and sent only one back, not because it wasn't beautiful, but a little bigger than I expected. JEGEM gladly refunded my money in the way of a gift certificate for future purchases(of which I requested). The jewelry is of excellent quality and just beautiful and well made. I bought another piece of jewelry for a lesser price from another company and just threw it away, because it was inexpensive, but so poorly made. I will continue to do business with JEGEM

Hello MiMi, i believe this purchase, being my fifth, what can i say? Always top-quality, Design, style and craftsmanship. I have yet to be disappointed. I adore this stately & elegant butterfly pendant. It is even prettier in person than the pictures. All the gem stones are wonderful colors. I particularly love the heavy handcut silver works. Thanks for a wonderful transaction to include secure packing & quick shipment.

This lovely turquoise & coral dragonfly pendant is just as elegant and ornate as I had expected. I just love the heavy handcut silver work, which is a big reason I ordered it. All the coral stones are not quite the same color as I would have preferred, but as I look back at the picture, it is exactly the same, it's just hard to notice until you see it in person. Thanks for the secure packing & quick shipment.
