I just wanted to express my gratitude on resolving the shipping issue. Your staff had suggested that future shipments should be sent via Fed Ex. This was an excellent suggestion, this takes the worry out of lost items because there is a tracking system. I have been pleased with all of my purchases. I am a very satisfied repeat customer...these rings I purchased tonight make about a dozen pieces I have gotten from this web site. Just FYI, I recently had one of my equisite rings resized in McKinney Texas with a very reputible jeweler and he commented that the stones on my ring were of unusually high quality for a sterling ring.
