This is the first time I have ordered jewelry through the internet. I was concerned that the pieces would not match the color photography presented on the website. I was concerned that if I purchased jewelry from the other side of the world, I would end up disappointed. I worried in vain. I am more than satisfied with the service, the Fedex delivery time and especially the quality of the pieces of jewelry that I purchased as a birthday gift for my daughter in law. The gemstone pendant, earrings and chain were even lovelier than they appear on the photographs! My daughter in law loved the gift. The prices were extremely reasonable and Je Gem has a new customer for life! Thank you for your excellent service and your beautifuly jewelry!

Have you ever seen a better Web Site for Presentation of products for sale? I never have. I absolutely LOVE shopping at JEGEM. The pictures of the products are FANTASTIC and since they are modeled you can see EXACTLY how they are going to look being worn and that is so important. Keep up the good work! I just placed another order and look forward to receiving that as well. I love the boxes your item comes in as well ! The whole experience is smooth, true and satisfying.

i have purchased numerous jegem items and have been extremely pleased with every item i've purchased. my only wish is that they would make smaller items. many pieceses i would like to have are huge, just to large and heavy.

Beautiful wide range of jewellery, excellent service and friendly customer relations. I wish there was an option to buy jewellery set in gold as I prefer it to silver - even if it was electroplated - more expensive I know but it would be good to have the choice.

This is my fourth piece of jewelry ordered from JeGem.com, and I have been more than pleased with both the quality of the jewelry and the quality of the service. The workmanship of each piece is excellent. I especially like the fact that the piece of jewelry I see online is the exact one I get. The colors are true, and seeing models wearing the jewelry often helps me decide to get the piece. I would like to see more very simple settings that place the emphasis on the gemstones rather than the setting (since my favorite stones are the spider web and the dragon skin turquoise, the patterns in the stones are often very intricate themselves). I look forward to more beautiful jewelry from JeGem.com.

My first purchase will not be my last! The ordering process with JeGem has been seamless. I appreciate the link for order tracking and the FedEx delivery. The items I ordered were well packaged in tissue, little plastic bags and foam! I especially like the beautiful purple band-box design. Now for the jewelry...it exceeded my expectation! The lapis has a wonderful color and is smooth and rich! The metal work is expert and perfectly executed to enhance the stone. This is a piece I will wear with pride because the pride of craftsmanship is apparent! I have items in my cart now..I just can't make up my mind! Keep up the good work, JeGem!
