Thank you for contacting me and letting me know that I needed to add to my order number 2033682 ti receive the VIp lemon quartz pendant. I made another order today and hopefully it will be added to the first so that I won't get charged shipping twice. Not everyone would take the time to let customer know something that would be to the customers advantage. I appreciate it.

I love your jewellery and will probably buy it until I am 106 years old. I buy pendants mainly because these are my favourite the stones are excellent and so is the workmanship and the service! I have bought lots of stuff for friends and am looking forward to getting the next two pendants I have ordered.

Truely exquisite! Jewellery of such good quality should not be missed. Many of your items are wonderful but a little "big/chunky" for my taste - i would be interested in more of this size and in similar styles in other gems (especially moonstone or amber). Very professional and helpful service. Questions answered quickly and information readily available. Thank you so much.

Dear All I have only bought a ring so far and have a pendant on its way to me but I can tell you immediately that the quality of the jewellery is very high, the packaging is beautiful and the service is second to none. Any queries I have had have been answered within a few hours by e-mail. Paying for your items is simple and straight forward. It is simple to run off a copy of your invoice for your own records. It is easy to use the internet to convert dollars into other currency and also it is easy to convert your ring size with the easy download size converter provided by JE Gem. your site was easy to navigate and very clear to the eye. i have been shopping for large cross earrings for quite awhile, and the clarity of the photos, and the picture showing them on someone, so i could clearly see the size was the best help in making a decision. so many sites are not clear with their pictures, so i wind up buying nothing...plus, they are beautiful, i will shop again...thank you...
