The ring I ordered as a Christmas present arrived very well packaged and looked exactly the picture shown (which I've discovered is rare when shopping online). I was so impressed with the quality of the gift I'm now buying one of your rings for myself.

The process is painless and I love my ring. Information was sent by email in a very timely manner. FedEx is much better than UPS, they give you detailed information when attempting to deliver and I could obtain a phone number to talk with someone when I needed to find out additional information about my delivery. I am looking forward to my amber ring. I like them big and both my rings are just that and the prices are great.

I stumbled across your shopping site about a year ago and ordered a couple of items. When these arrived, the items were exactly as pictured, only more beautiful! Kudos to the artisans creating these beautiful pieces and to the sales staff who ensure the customer receives their purchase. I have been incredibly impressed by your customer service! The website is very well designed and I love that I can view the actual piece of jewellery i'm interested in in many different angles AND see it on a model to get a clear idea of its size. Super fast delivery and gorgeous gift packaging too! I've never seen quite so unique jewellery online before and I will be buying much more! One small comment I'd like to make is that in your emails you don't provide a tracking number for the item. The number you've actually been supplying is the reference number for the item which is meaningless when trying to trace the package. But other than that, your service is first class. I have been recommending you to all my friends :)

This order is my 8th purchase from JeGem! I am again amazed at the beautiful quality of their jewelry. If you like what you see in the pictures, you will get exactly that when it arrives at your house. My ring in this picture is amazingly as beautiful in person as shown online. I am always SO impressed with JeGem's customer service. I have had many chats back and forth regarding pieces of jewelry, and about my current orders. JeGem customer service emails me back within an hour or less every time. I've never had such good business relations with any other company. Paula has been my personal favorite customer service representive and she is very reliable and kind. She has also worked with my husband and mother. So, if you make an order today, know that it will be shipped out almost immediately and you will receive a quality piece of jewelry! I have never been let down at all after 8 orders.

Dear, dear Je Gem All items are perfect. Marcasite Flower pendant is a little bit smaller than I prefer but a very beautiful silverwork and design. Marcasite Leaves Ring is so delicately beautiful and so well match to pendant. It is a great set. Sweet Pink Rose Quartz, Tourmaline Flower pendant and Prehnite ring is excellent marvelous set. It is a bold big but not too much as absolutely I like. I so like it. African Amethyst bracelet with its simple design is excellent by its simplicity and gives a possibility to take a pleasure of rich colored amethyst stones. It is my favorite. Hawk Eye pendant is wonderful, mesmerizing. I like it. Dragon Head Bracelet IS FANTASTIC, unique deep hand carved silverworks, EXELENT OPULENT DESIGN. This is my second order from JeGem. I am very pleased with the alexandrite earrings that arrived today. I never expected to find alexandrite at such a great price. The gems are beautiful- excellent clarity & they do, indeed, change color in various lighting situations. I wouldn't hessitate to order from JeGem again.

Beautiful and unique Jewelry and was packaged festively for the Holidays. Very pleased and would recommend. Only thing that would make it better is to include the plastic earing backs for wire earings.
