Today I received two rings that I ordered online with JeGem. Absolutley love both rings. One was a 14 stone garnet and the other a baltic amber ring. Both true to the photos on line and the way they were packaged up was terrific. I think JeGem is a polished and professional site and look forward to ordering an enjoying many more items. You did accommodate me when I ordered my necklace by allowing me to make two payments on my M/C. I feel it was GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now a days I find that most companies want one to conform to their policies, show NO flexibility even though you are paying for the item or services. Thank you for being flexible since I am on a fixed income. I worked 35 years for AT&T, started in 49 when customers were valued. I still like to buy from a company that is customer oriented, strives to please the buyer, shows they value your business. I just want the earrings to match the necklace in color and brilliance. I really like the necklace, shows quality, has a vivid blue color not dark at all like other lapis I have seen and had to send back. Your service is GREAT, responded to my questions immediately.
