Everything is fine except that the lighting you use to photograph your jewelry makes it look brighter, more transluscent and better in general than the object is reality when it arrives. It is a little misleading and disappointing, but other than that, the jewelry is in good shape and pretty, and the service is very good.

I was shocked to come home and have a Birthday card with a 10% card. I wanted to treat myself to a birthday present so I logged on and purchased a BEAUTIFUL ring and can't wait to receive it. Your business, in every respect, is so exceptional it seems you don't need any more feedback at all! I myself an a jeweler and I can say your jewelry is beautiful and very well crafted. Granulation is difficult to do unless you are born doing it. The stones are yummy and authentic. Your service is most professional; the quick and full attention of each customer; the detailed tracking information, and the kind, timely e-mails answering questions.

I recieved my ring today and i love it.the stone is alot bigger than I expected.I wish it came with a document stating that it is real dinosau bone.I will recomend this site. Rosie

I received my package on time and wrapped beautifully. The ring was gorgeous, the detail and quality of the silver and the ruby is impressive, and one of the reasons I continue to shop with JeGem. I like the combination of the different kind of Amber at this pendant (Green Amber or Polish, Baltic Citrine Amber, Baltic Honey Amber & Baltic Butterscotch Amber) – It is great.The Amber Pendant was crafted in so delicate silver settings.
