I received my earrings today. The shipping was very fast and very trackable. I was a bit worried when I first ordered them last week as I hadn't dealt with JEGEM before and I had spend over $800 AUS on the two earrings and I was hoping they were a genuine company. Well I received my order and in very fast time. (Ordered Friday, received in Australia Monday). The two pairs of earrings are beautiful and look well made. They are nice and light but very pretty. The flowers are incredibly comfortable and look just lovely - not too big and not too small. They are beautifully set in gold and although light don't appear flimsy. The other earrings are a little smaller than I thought, still very pretty and also very unusual and will go with lots of different colored pendants. The handmade box they came in was very cute, however I am used to getting a substantial velvet box when I spent over $800. Customer service was helpful and friendly. They did take a few hours to answer my query which was the biggest reason that II was worried about the company. But all was OK.

I have to compare your rhodocrosite to some pieces we saw in Buenos Aires. It is not quite to their quality, but it is very, very close. It arrived in good time with no problems. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience.
