I have bought many pieces of jewelry from JEGEM. Each piece is beautifully and carefully designed. The quality of the stones and the silver is excellent. The response from Mimi and the staff has always been prompt and courteous and my mechandise has arrived quickly, in perfect condition, carefully packed and with artistic touches. I am very happy to say that we were very surprised and impressed to receive our order in 2 days. We placed our order on the 22 of December and received it on the 24. The ring was exactly what we had ordered and is beautiful. It will be in our family for many years. There were no hassels regarding the shipping to a different country. We are very pleased with the service we received from JeGem and will be happy to do business with them again in the future.

I always enjoy shopping at JEGEM, I know I will like my order, I would like to see more lever back earrings. Also I like plainer metal, not so ornate around the gems.
