I just received the beautiful ring I ordered from you and, as usual, was very pleased with it overall. The quality was exactly what I expected! I have been purchasing jewelry from you for several years and have never been disappointed. I believe one of the reasons for this is because of the accurate descriptions you give about your items as well as the photos you provide with actual models wearing the jewelry. This is my 13th order from JeGem and I have again had the most WONDERFUL experience working with the ladies in Customer Service. They answered my questions and personally helped me choose a compatible ring size for this massive design that would fit my finger. My husband and mother also order from JeGem and have both had the same PERFECT experiences every time from customer service. In the 3 years I have bought from JeGem, I learned the company keeps their good employees a long time because many of the same ladies help me now who worked with me 3 years ago. So you can count on great service every purchase, and very fast shipping (usually goes out the same day). The jewelry is the highest quality I have been able to find with years of shopping for silver. They use heavy gauge silver and high quality stones. The picture of the item shows the exact item you will receive. So, you do not have to guess how "yours" will look when it arrives. What you see is the one you get, and it often looks even better in person. I have not been disappointed yet. U.S.A.
