I have been extremely happy with everything I've purchased from JE GEM, from the quality of the jewelry and unusual designs to the beautiful packaging and unbelievable prices. I have always loved Murano Glass. I had the fortunate pleasure of being able to go to the factory while I was over in Italy. Their jewlery and other peices are truly one of a kind and I am just addicted to them. Every piece I have ordred from JEGEM has been just as beautiful as the picture. I have to say that I was absolutely delighted with the Alexandrite ring that I ordered for my friend from JeGem, and the whole process of choosing from your on-line shop, to placing the order, payment and shipping could not have been easier. I was particularly impressed by the prompt and helpful advise I received from your staff regarding the quality of the stone and ring size. I placed the order on Sunday evening (including resizing), it was shipped the following day and I received it in the UK on Thursday, and it was a perfect fit! I could not have received a better service if I had ordered it from my local town jeweler, and it would have cost about 4 times as much. Thank You, I will definitely be using your service again.

Absolutely beautiful pieces. The ring fits perfectly thanks to your very handy printable ringsize-finder. And after expecting delivery between 17-29 september I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived monday the 14th. I will most definitly shop here again.
