Items were promptly sent. Items were as described. Unfortunately I found the actual earrings a bit small but the ring was great. Liked the complimentary jewelry box.

I received my ring today and cant quit looking at it. It is even nicer, prettier than pictured. It has a lot of gold flecks in it and the deep color of blue is great. Wears nice and smooth. I will shop again. !!!

I had read some reviews of JeGem before making my purchase. Some negative, but I took a chance anyways. The pendant arrived very quickly using the two-day option. I'd ordered it to match another piece that my girlfriend has, and it's close, but doesn't have the same vibrant "glow" as her other piece, but still very nice. But I do have to give kudos to the customer service department. After I ordered, I emailed asking if there were any way to expedite the order to arrive in time for Valentine's day, and I received 3 separate emails in the last few days explaining where the order was in processing, shipping and eta on delivery. I was pleasantly surprised to see such follow up from an online retailer. I'd read some horror stories about the difficulty in returning products here, but I guess that's to be expected if you order items shipped from halfway around the world? Nice prices, nice product, very well wrapped with nice giftbox that was not expected.

Service and packaging were excellent (this is not my first purchase, as much I have been accustomed with) but my moonstone pendant IS REALLY MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN THE PICTURE! which was my bonus in this case! Thanks, you are by far better than any other on line sellers within my experience.

The jewelry is absolutely exquisite. The fine detail created by the artisans on the .925 sterling silver is truly art. Wow what impressive work!!! I could not be more satisfied with my necklace,earrings, ring and bracelet. The Alexandrite gem stone is stunning!!!! I rate this jewelry at a ***** 5 Star. I would also like to say that the customer service is outstanding!! Delivery service was excellent, 2 days and I had my purchase, wow!! I received my ring today and am very pleased. The picture does not do the ring justice, the colour of the amber is gorgeous and the silver is very pretty. Unfortunately its a little big for me (a 7.5 would have been better) but I shall keep it anyway. I'll know to order a smaller size next time. Many thanks Megan
