My order arrived very swiftly indeed. The necklace is just sublime. Breathtaking. Thank you too for the beautiful gift, an especial thank you to whoever packed it in the pouch - the red bow and tassels are so sweet. As a regular customer, I'm used to the lovely gift boxes but the care and attention to detail is truly exceptional.

These earrings are absolutely stunning. The dichroic glass is really beautiful, and the sapphire and ruby studs very dainty and pretty. I have to admit that I have become addicted to JeGem's beautiful products, and love the fact that every piece is unique and beautifully crafted. Received these two beautiful items today. The mulitcolored heart has a beautiful sparkle in their brilliante-cut gem-stones. It looks absolutely fantastic. The white opal in the pendant is of very good quality and appears simply elegant. I'm thrilled to bits with my new jewelry. I will definately buy more from JEGEMS in the future.

All of purchases have exceeded my expections. But I was disappointed by my last purchase of the moonstone earings. The design is lovely, however the ear wire is too short. The earings will require me to wear a backing on the wires which I do not like. That is why I always wear wire earings. I like them too much to return but wish the hook was longer because the earing is not balance and falls forward.. It is better to put the few mm length in the wire for security even if it cost more.

Je Gem is my most fav. gemstones online shop. ! staring from Moonstone gems ending with Onyx I can't specify what I don't like about it. The service, Staff, designs is definitly a 10 Stars service :). A pleasure to deal with them this is already my 4th order with them and won't be the last. Keep it up Je Gem your designs are innovative compared to other jewelery retailers and you can satisfy infinite number of customers by offering lots of designs daily and in different price ranges. :) xxx
