This ring is absolutely beautiful. It is everything that the customer service representatives said it was. I was looking for a lab Alexandrite (because real Alexandrite is so expensive). This is a stone that is lab grown Chrysoberyl not a simulant. The stone is very large and has beautiful color change. It changes from a blue-violet to a raspberry color depending upon the light source. The silver band is very thick and polished to a mirror shine. I looked on other websites for a ring like this and found that the stones were smaller and much more expensive. Many of the rings at other sites were simulants. This was my first time ordering from JeGem. Everything about the experience was wonderful. Their customer service professionals are helpful and knowledgable. My ring was beautifully sized and packaged. The ring itself is stunning. I will order again. As a person who collects rocks, minerals, and gemstones, I am very happy. Thank you.

Just received my opal ring & was pleasantly surprised at the intricate detail of the piece. It is smaller & more delicate than indicated by the extreme close up photograph, but the design & quality of the opal stones is impeccable. (The opals are EXACTLY as pictured!) I absolutely adore it, but will try to wear it for special occasions to protect it...definitely not an everyday wear ring. I feel the price was reasonable & shipping was lightning fast! I have bought five or six pieces from Je Gem.com. I use a credit card and never had a problem with the shipping or with the charges on my card. The jewelry I purchased has always exceeded my expectation. I love my jewelry; and, the pieces I get from Je Gem.com are very different and the price is excellent. I bought multi colored amber earrings and a pendant about 18 months ago. I find I wear them at least 4 times a month. When I don't have money in my budget for jewelry, I love scrolling through the the jewelry pieces at Je Gem.com.
