I loved the box and the way my bracelet was packed. The bracelet chosen was better than expected. The picture on the website did not do it any justice. When I opened the parcel I was stunned. Everything was so beautiful and tastefully packed. The bracelet and stones radiated such energy I was overwhelmed. Thank you for the immediate response to all my e-mails. Perhaps you could consider selling loose gemstones in the future as well, especially rubies! The quality of your stones are above average and I certainly will be re ordering again. I love this ring! This ruby is of a very clear quality and rarely bright of colour. It’s very well set off by the multi-coloured tourmaline in different shades and this disign makes the whole piece harmoniously aligned. It’s just beautiful and fun to wear! I’d also like to thank the whole staff of JeGem for the tremendous amount of help and assistance they offered during the purchase and shipment of the item (and many times before that!) Elena
